Dikson Fixing System Neutralizing 1000ml
Neutralizer for permanent with cationic substances and conditioning polymers that add shine and softness to the hair. Enriched with silk protein and Provitamin B5.
Thanks to its composition with emollient, stabilizing and protective substances, it acts in synergy with the liquid for permanents, for an elastic and voluminous result.

How to use
- After completely rinsing the waving liquid, remove excess water with a towel and, without removing the curlers, use a sponge to distribute the neutralizer directly on them.
- Let act 5 minutes.
- Remove the curlers and make another application with a light massage.
- Leave on for another 3-5 minutes.
- Rinse well with lukewarm water.
