    General Conditions of Sale (and Contracting)

    By accepting the purchase the client declares to accept fully and without reservations all of the present General Conditions.



    The catalog of products is presented with a tab detailing the main features (image, description, availability and sales price with VAT included). The transport costs are not included in the prices of our products.


    To make any purchase in our online store you must register as a customer, filling in a small form with your personal data, contact information and shipping information. Once registered you can place your order by adding the products you want to the shopping cart.     The home delivery costs are 4.95 € and for purchases over 60 € shipping costs are free.

    Shipping to Europe

    Shipments to the following European Union countries are permitted:  Alemania, Austria, Bélgica, Dinamarca, Eslovaquia, Francia, Grecia, Holanda, Italia, Letonia, Lituania, Luxemburgo, Países Bajos, Polonia, República Checa, Rumania, Suecia.


    The delivery time at the shipping address is from 3 to 5 days once delivered to the transport agency, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 08.00 to 19.00h *.

    ** In shipments to Europe some products may include a surcharge on shipping by weight, which is notified to the customer when placing your order.

    * Delivery time may be delayed due to logistics problems in warehouse.




    If you do not have availability of a product included in your order, you will notify the user via e-mail or by telephone, being able to agree the partial delivery if you have purchased more products, or cancel the order before sending.

    The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days.



    The customer will have 14 calendar days to communicate his right to return a product. No refunds will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
