Koleston Perfect ME+ is the new permanent coloration formulated with ME+ technology that reduces up to 60 times the risk of developing a new allergy to hair coloring (for people not allergic to hair dyes).
ME+ technology has managed to eliminate paraphenylenediamine (PPD) and paratoluenediamine (PTD) from its ingredients and to remain a permanent color with up to 100% coverage of gray hair; up to 3 levels of rinsing.
The new Koleston Perfect ME+ gets pure and balanced color results with natural depth and shine from the root to the tips.
This new coloration allows less capillary damage, coloration after coloring, providing a healthy appearance to the hair, leaving it soft and silky.
Koleston Perfect ME+ consists of a much easier and faster cream to mix and also to rinse.

Combine it with Welloxon Perfect for incredible high density results.
Koleston Perfect Base and Welloxon Perfect (1: 1).
Special Blonde tone ratio (1: 2).
Welloxon Perfect is the color combination of Koleston Perfect Base and Innosense, Illumina Color, Blondor and Magma that guarantees optimal color performance. Visit the individual product pages for specific mixing recommendations and proportions for the color product you are going to use.
PROPORTION OF THE MIX:
3 levels of rinsing: 1 part of Koleston Perfect, 1 part of Welloxon Perfect 12%.
2 levels of rinsing: 1 part of Koleston Perfect, 1 part of Welloxon Perfect 9%.
1 level of rinsing / coverage of gray with the same depth or darker: 1 part of Koleston Perfect, 1 part of Welloxon Perfect 6%
Special Blonde: 1 part of Koleston Perfect, 2 parts of Welloxon Perfect 9% for 3 levels of rinsing or 12% for 4/5 levels of rinsing
APPLICATION
SAME DEPTH OR DARKNESS:
Color on the whole head, first application: moistens the hair.
Distribute the color of roots to tips and comb to distribute evenly.
Action time: - HEAT: 30-40 min / + HEAT *: 15-25 min
CLEARED UP:
First step: First application on the whole head, means and tips: comb to distribute it in means and tips.
Action time: - HEAT: 20 min / + HEAT *: 10 min
Second step: Apply the color mix at the root.
Action time: - HEAT: 30-40 min / + HEAT *: 15-25 min
