Valer Oxygenated Stabilized in cream 12% 40vol
Oxidizing emulsion in cream with hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of 12%.
Indicated for mixing with the coloring cream (dye) for permanent colorations . It is also used to mix with bleaching powder for discoloration.
How to use: Mix well in a plastic bowl with the coloring cream in the amount indicated by the manufacturer, or with the bleaching powder until a homogeneous cream is obtained and applied to the hair following the manufacturer's instructions.
