    The order is delivered at the requested address through Nacex or MCB transport agencies.
    You can also pick up at a Nacexshop point.

    4. Are the products and their packaging original?

    Todocabello.net is an authorized distributor of all the brands that are for sale in our physical store and in our online store. We guarantee the originality of all our articles.

    5. Why do not ship outside the Peninsula: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

    The shipping costs to these areas of Spain make the orders much more expensive, added the procedures and incidents in customs. That is why we understand that the customer does not get economically profitable to take charge of them.

    However, and if the customer is especially interested, there is the one to send by its own means a transport agency to pick up said shipment, after having made the payment of the order in advance by card or bank transfer.

    6. Do you have stores outside of Valencia?

    Our physical store is located in Valencia.
    You can find us at Calle Bailén nº 10. We will attend you from L to V in the mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and in the evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturdays only from 09:00 to 13:30.
