Kosswell Decowell Blond 30g Compact Powder Discoloration
Powder discoloration of a compact formulation that reduces the appearance of volatile particles during mixing.
How to use: Mix in a non-metallic container the required amount of Decowell Blond with 20, 30 or 40 volum Oxiwell Cream Oxidizer. Approximately one palte of powder for two parts of oxidant in cream. Once obtained a homogeneous cream, apply generously with a brush, starting at the top where the hair is darker. Let the product run for 30 to 50 minutes. After getting the desired background rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry hair with a towel.
